the room was good sized with a nice sized bathroom and views of sea. every staff member was very amiable. the location was absolutely perfect and stunning: a bakery and shops were within walking distance.

The location is close to beautiful bays for walking, running, and enjoying coffee. the unit is perfect, bright, with lovely big windows and a beautiful view. the nearby Holsteins is a great place to chill out.

The location was brilliant and pleasant, so close to the beach in the middle of Auckland. the suburban area of Auckland and good restaurants were nearby. the room was bright and perfect. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a huge plus.

We enjoyed our amazing 5-night stay as a family. the breakfasts were delicious with home-made preserves and fresh bread. the bed & breakfast is centrally located in a great area. It is conveniently close to coffee shops, the beach, cafes, bars, shops.

The whole room was tidy and had a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. It included a very comfy bed and a private bathroom. The hotel was in an excellent location just off the shops and entertainment, the esplanade and the beach, and the esplanade to the city center.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is so close to beautiful bays and just a short walk from the beach. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided at this hotel is delicious, with homemade preserves that add a special touch.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is superb, with beautiful bays and a nice beach walk nearby. It is also conveniently close to shops and the beach. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the room were well-maintained. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast included delicious home-made preserves, adding a special touch to the stay.
The only minor drawback was the payment process, which could have been made easier for guests.
